Shipping & Returns

Most items are ready to ship within 3-5 business days.

Size specific items such as rings etc are made to order so I kindly ask for you to allow up to two weeks for production.

All details of availability is stated in the product description.

Please note - if you order an item which is ready to ship along with an item which has a lead time of 2 weeks the order will be sent in 2 weeks. You can split the order if you’d like the ready to ship item sent sooner by ordering separately.

International Shipping:

We currently ship worldwide using Royal Mail Tracked service.

Each country has their own duties and taxes to pay and these costs will not be covered by Lima Lima, you will be responsible for any fees when you receive your order

Orders between €10 and €150 customers are likely to be charged import tax and handling fee 

Orders over € 150 customers are likely to be charged import tax, handling fee and a customs charge

Our charges are based on cost of posting via Royal Mail plus the cost of packaging used.
